Our project took 9 months and included total refurbishment of the whole house, kitchen extension, 2 storey side extension and loft conversion.

The LBS team were extremely professional and courteous at all times. They kept the house tidy, arrived on time each day, kept us up to date with progress and answered our many questions throughout the build with patience. We are extremely pleased by the quality of work and commitment shown to delivering what we asked for to a high standard. As with any big project there were some hurdles, and Gary and his team would present options for open discussion for us to work through. We would recommend LBS for similar work.

And he’ll go out of his way to help and to make the build process with the least disturbance to your daily life. We have had extensive work done both to our previous house and to this one so we understand life on what is a building site to builders but a home to us coming back from work every evening. A builder who understands the nuance is priceless, and Gary does understand this is a building site 10 hours a day and still a house the rest of the time.
